Childhood Cancer Debate in Parliament


Today, the 28th November 2016 there will be a debate by MPs on Childhood Cancer.  The debate follows an online petition that has reached over 116,000 signatures ( https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/162934 ).  The petition was started by Andy Barnard of the Poppy Mai Foundation who started the petition after losing Poppy Mai to a Rhabdoid Tumour in May this year.  We will be attending the debate and after contacting the office of Ben Howlett who will be opening the debate, Christopher’s Smile was asked to produce a briefing paper.  We have tried to keep the paper short so we have had to be brief with the contents.  We thank Dame Glenis Willmott for providing some specific information for us at short notice.  A link to the briefing paper is below:
